When will Bernie go !!

OK Snake, if that is the case as you say.

Please list which teams of the above you would swap our top 4 with.

Should be easy considering ours arent remarkable.

Cheers.

didn't say ours aren't remarkeable. I love ours

We have the best top 4 players on any club in the league, all in their primes at once together. That is rare.

We should be top 4. If we had a coach with half a clue, we would be.

Hardwick is destroying the best era of top tier talent this club has had in 30 years.
Don't buy this think that Frawley had a much better bunch in 2000 with Richo Campbell Knights Kellaways (2) Rogers Gaspar Ottens not sure about Leon Cameron

can you blame dimma for the ridiculous.pathetic easy missed shots on goals...id blame dusty..jack..grigg.3 of our so called superstar for their amateurish brain farting when shooting for the most easy of set shots...throw in nankervous rioli and castagna for all for mssing basic jumior shots and I'm afraid we cant blame Hardwick for today...

as for the brainfat not to have a loose man back in deep defence and be organized after the Bolton point..well that's just miraculous that we could ,as a collective,be so utterly thick

Edwards..lambert//houli...miles..prestia..soldo..bloody b ellis....will NEVER EVER be grand final material...with siomany passangers and average players its a miracle even got close these last three weeks.......
Goes fairly close to covering all the reasons why we lost yesterday and last week and the week before arlo. We simply aren't that good a team and no amount of bagging the coach or changing the coach will make a noticeable difference. Improve the recruiting at trade and draft time and we may give our coaching dept enough overall talent to work with. We're unfortunately still only a mid tier list at best, nowhere near the overall quality required to be top four.

Our set shot efforts yesterday were coach killers pure n simple.

It's a collective responsibility for failure.
The President & CEO are responsible for years of neglect & denial.
A refusalby them to appoint the right people to the right positions.
Now we are paying big time for years of poor list management, and that idiotic decision to extend Hardwick.
These jokers have had EIGHT YEARS,look at the state of our list.
FFS!

We played well. We were the better side for nearly all the game. The execution of kicking bought us down. Lack of onfield leadership cost us in the end. That is not recruiting, its mindset. The club has it, it is reinforced by us supporters as we don't believe we can win. We give them crap all the time. How can you win. Its going to take a change of mentality from everybody.

Yeah we kick straight and we win the game. They had half their team out so if we want to be some sort of contender we should win. What happens when they have their full team? We concede defeat from the opening bounce? Being "proud of the boys" is promoting a loser mentality, an inferiority complex. A good coach would be ripping into his players. We'll learn from this give me a break.

Yep. You got this part absolutely perfectly right.

Should also make sure you remember to include the players when you're having a lash at how bad the admin, recruiters n coaches are though tea bag.

It wasn't Dimma or the admin who missed all those simple set shots yesterday. Nor did they miss tackles or forget to structure up properly in the dying moments of the last two games that allowed the opposition to waltz through to victory. Those failures to execute the standard basic skills of the game remain squarely on the players.

Good old Bernie.

The assistants must be jack of dealin with this guy.

Not to worry, at least he's one step closer to the door.

Keep imposing yourself Bernie :hihi

It's the old blame the players mantra.
The players gave 100% in terms of effort.
Trouble is, if our guns are not firing we ain't going to win games.
In other words we are too reliant on our top line players playing well, week in week out.
We are top heavy with below average players in our best 22.

THAT IS THE FAULT OF RECRUITING & LIST MANAGEMENT & ULTIMATELY BENNY & PEGGY.
They preached stability & did nothing while Jackson, Hartley & Dan Richardson made a dogs breakfast in the football dept, year after year.

Pretty well on the mark

No, not quite. You still fail to understand the simplest n most basic concept. I'm happy to blame EVERYONE. Admin, recruiters, coaches AAAAAAAAAAANNNNNND players unlike most who blindly bleat n moan about it all being Dimma's fault.

But further to your comment. It's easy to bring effort, most players bring effort most weeks of the year. When there's no effort than blow out games like the end of last year are the norm. At this point of the season I've no issue with the players effort, they're bringing plenty of that. What concerns me is their bloody abysmal finishing skills in front of goal yesterday. Is their poor field skills under pressure, their lack of composure and thought process, their poor decision making and lack of effort to structure up at crucial moments late in the last few games.
These are professional footballers, they practice this same basic *smile* over and over again at training every summer pre season and throughout the playing year. They review and re assess this *smile* n promise every time that they will learn from and improve next time. Phhht, it's just bull *smile*, they waffle n fail n waffle again.

They're on the field to perform for two hours a week n they're far to comfortable being nearly almost o.k. and that's purely on the players.

Yeh, it's none leysy. We have the best top 4 in the comp. Dangerfield Selwood perhaps the best duo of mids but who are geelongs next best 2?

RAnce and Martin in top 5 at moment and cotch top 20. If jack had a half decent foil he'd have another 10 goals this year.

Hey does anyone remember the mantra for weeks 1 -5 which was ditched in the Adelaide game?

Balme needs to make sure hardwick doesn't speak to the players. Move some witches hats and magnets and that's it.

Pretty well sums it up. I have no doubt that if Bennell had indicated RFC was his club of choice Hartley would have signed him. He and Yarran would be training in Broome waiting a call which never came.
