Dimma is coaching a side who has lost 15 games in 3 1/2 seasons and is by far and away the most successful club in the AFL since the start of 2017.
The foundations and structure of the club and the team are better set than any other club in the land right now. Let’s not get carried away with some performances in the most bizarre season on record and whilst we are hamstrung by key injuries as well.
2020 may not bring success (it may still however) but we remain well situated for a prolonged period at the pointy end of the competition.
