Dimma should be sacked on the spot if that happens.
It would be silly to waste another year.

Take a look at him, he's so far up himself, his eyes are bulging. :hihi

Obviously none of the elite premiership quality players on our list could be held accountable for non performance if Carlscum beat up on us.lamb22 said:I'd be shattered if we lost to Carlton.

He is the clown that has 7 years of his footprints on this side. To think otherwise is head in the sand or in the rump thinking!TigerMasochist said:Obviously none of the elite premiership quality players on our list could be held accountable for non performance if Carlscum beat up on us.
Two way street in my book.
After the insipid n pathetic folding on field towards the end of last year, there's been an entire summer of change and opportunity for the players to have some say n input into the reasons why our year collapsed to sh!t, and what needed to be changed.
Didn't see any of the players being held to account then, they probably won't be held to account if things turn to sh!t again early this season. It'll all be the coach, Dimma's fault, because that's always the easy way out.

leon said:Seems to be a few posters on here that must be mistaken. They somehow think that Hardwick was only appointed for the first couple of matches in 2017. Secondly, they actually place a lot of faith in JLT form, basing many assumptions on that delusion.
Such as that Carlton must be absolutely terrible. A club that, unlike them, did not rate JLT so only started to give many of their top players a run in the last game, where they were much more competitive.
There are no absolute certainties in any round of AFL. Look at our win over Swans in 2016, Rd.1. Also over the Dawks in past years. Carlton have probably been stooging; they're a smart club who realise it's only what you do on AFL match-day/night that matters. No-one will pick the ladder perfectly amongst all the so-called experts.
If we lose even rounds 1 and 2, obviously the year isn't over. Long, long way to go. Remember 2014.
As another poster commented - so many drama-queens on here.

People can check out your post #582 on the Nankervis thread for example, along with plenty more over PRE.
