The club has finally become a professionally run organisation. Imo it all really started in the Gary March era & has continued with Peggy, Benny Balmey etc.

But the job is not complete & will not be complete until we consistently win finals & Grand Finals, after all that is the "business" that the club is in.

Every year in the AFL there is only 1 winner, all the other 17 clubs are failures. We've been in that category for far too long.

If we beat Geelong then our chances and rating will increase substantially.

Yep, it's mostly a psychological thing with Geelong.

They ain't that good. We can definitely beat them.

In fact, at the G we should beat them.

Nice try, but the rebuild is down the track if we can't develop fresh KPPs.

Our midfield is looking much better than it did early in the season. It has surprised me and I was wrong.

The list is looking damn good Tobes, much better than you think.
