Welcome Sam Banks

Solid game by Banks. Two years in the system. Body still taking shape. Another pre-season under his belt will do him wonders.

Was happy with all of the kids against Port today but wanted Bauer to get more involved. MRJ was awful.

Ralphsmith and Cumberland on the block together with MRJ. Soldo is important but could net us an early third rounder. I am undecided about Bradtke and Green.

There is no way in hell you would let Soldo go for anything less than a 2nd rounder

Solid game by Banks.

Needs to up his disposal count now. Need the ball in his hands more often.

Cumberland must stay. He and Sonsie have a lot of talent, let’s see what a new coach can do with them

Going against the grain here but still not impressed. Of the five superhunks, I think he has shown the least at AFL level.

Banks has some work to do.

At the moment, you don't let Soldo go, full stop.
Agreed. Need a new ruck coach though I reckon. He is big and aggressive and needs to use those strengths to tap to advantage. Ivan Maric can be retained in some other welfare/mentor role.

6 games in a side going nowhere, improved each time he played, yeah he's got some improving to do, but the building blocks are there.

Banks looks like blue chip stocks to me. Don’t need a fortune teller to speculate he’ll be a credit to the team.

He's already a better kickiner and decision-maker than both of our senior wingers. Needs to be bolted to K-Mac for all running drills over the summer.

There was one beautifully weighted kick between 2 Port players, that even impressed Derm.

He,ll be using the next 7 months building his tank as much as possible to play the modern day winger.

Developing nicely. I'd persist with him on the wing. Has the skill and decision making to be a decent player.

Hope this works...apologies if posted before
WTF! Was Banksy like a 13 y.o. playing against the Aus kickers or something? Should be a law against high light reels, start expecting to see that kind of performance first game at senior level n it's disappointing when reality steps up.

Looks like Banks performance today has come under scrutiny.

Personally I wouldn’t be dropping him after one performance. We need to give these kids a decent block of games first before making any calls.

There are older players who need to go before the likes of Banks.
