Umpire farce - Getting worse by the minute!

The Cotchin one was unbelievable, happened right in front of me. He actually did everything to keep the ball in.

Yep...that was extraordinary. Never seen a player penalised for deliberate when they've actually kicked/handballed/tapped the ball further away from the line than where they were. Until today.

Can someone please explain how Cotchin was penelised deliberate out of bounds when he was tucked up against the boundary and kicked the ball up the ground, ansd yes it was umpire no.24 who was having a great game for nmelb today.

Quite possibly the worst decision against us all year. How anybody with any footy experience at all could deem that deliberate is beyond me. Maybe the umpire figured it's Cotchin, he should be able to put reverse spin on the kick to keep it from going out...

The 50's were there for North, except the Moore one.....he was stiff.

Worst thing about this one was that Harvey called it a 50m penalty. Not the umpire. He was already walking to the goalsquare before the umpire signalled it.

Yep basic school boy stuff today, get a free against and we started crying. North players didn't carry on like sooks and they then get the rubb of the green.

The one that absolutely *smile* me is holding the ball / incorrect disposal. Every single game every week it's botched to all hell. Never even comes up as an issue.

I said to the MOTH that I reckoned the players were directing the umpires at times today.

Just like the crowd directs the dumpires in WA a lot of times. Lunatics in green.

the robots raped us today
And collected with a smile on their maggot faces.

1) Mcguane 2nd quarter attempts to grab ball at top of NM goal square is tackled beforehe got control of ball, it spills out and maggot from on the southern (i.e.behind) side of the play pings him 10-15 out dead in front. *smile*!
2) Lids (naughty little school boy), say no more. Crap!
3) Kel Moore's spoil attempt a micro second late. 50m. More bullshite!
4) Cotchin pinged for deliberate. That was textbook play by Cotch and whilst being pushed what other option did he have other than to run it out DELIBERATELY. He played the ball forward. He dud what you would teach any and every kid. Or should we teach them to run around and be righteous and out of touch with the game.utter, utter crap

And at the end of the day we had the desire but not the execution today. Bit like before really.

I don't understand the holding situation (won't call it a "rule").

Why was 16 for them allowed to hold Jack around the front and was never obliged to stop doing it? Is there something I don't understand? it's not as though the magg couldn't see it. he wasn't watching a couple of times when it happened , but then the next few times the ball came in I watched to see where Mag was looking, at he was looking straight at the Jack /16 contest. So he didn't miss it, it was obviously okay by him.?!?!

But I miss stuff too. Are defenders allowed to hold forwards in this way?

If they can, they shouldn't but fair enough. If they can't, we were robbed today.

Mag! :hihi

Love it!!

Smell the roses.I told you the umpires were corrupt and you didn't believe me.

Another example today.
Jack hands in the back, head pulled off then it goes up the other end and Petrie gets a free for getting breathed on.

I predicted this all week.

VLAD HITLER wants his team to win the premiership.

If we got the same treatment as North received,we would have won the game by 4 goals.

I kept telling everyone the game is corrupt but you wouldn't believe me.

The media BS all week.
Poor old Ziebel.
LMAO.
Did we get that pity when Kingy got dobbed in?
When White got 3 weeks for *smile* all?

Oh poor petals NORF.

The media played on that all week.

If he was a Richmond player, you wouldn't have heard diddly squat.
They would have pushed it under the carpet for sure.

The North backman were literally just scragging and holding onto our forwards. I'm not a believer in blaming umpires for losses. But I am a believer in acknowledging when the umpires were nothing short of disgraceful. The rules and the interpretations are destroying this great game.
