Umpire farce - Getting worse by the minute!

Pretty well, where was jacks mark or free kick, edwards had a fairsq push to the back in a marking contest...morris, well...and the officiating ump missed the rance hit, the mrp wont...*smile*en woeful umpiring
crows could probably turn around with some of there own, Kings rugby pass was one of the more obvious ones. basically the umpires were *smile* in general

Walker is clearly the biggest scumbag player in the game. Wanker of the highest order.

That tackle was disgraceful and should get weeks.

He is very fortunate the tackle was on such a hard-nut like Morris who got straight up. If he had slung Nahas into the ground head-first, he would have ended up decapitated.

If he doesn't get cited, someone from the club should approach the mrp to ask why not.

The way I see it is this !

The top sides seem to get the benefit of the doubt. Home ground / spectator influence goes against you.

When the Tigers start playing consistent football and being a top 4 side watch the tide turn. When you hunt instead of being the hunted and second to the ball , things go against you.

The Walker thing's had too much media attention already for it to not be looked at. Either the MRP shows consistency and dismisses the charge because there was no injury, or they again indulge in hypocrisy by throwing the book at him and sending a message to all levels that this is unacceptable conduct (which is what would've happened, pre-bureaucracy). Either way, the MRP will have to make this square peg fit into one of the round holes of Anderson's system.

There are precedents for almost every incident in footy. We shouldn't have to guess what the MRP will make of this.

These days the pen is mightier than the sword. You have far more chance of getting rubbed out for what you say (via social media or verbally on the field) than using your fists/elbows/boots etc.

LOL aint that the truth.
Game is a farce if Walker gets off for nearly putting Morris in a wheelchair.

They had the audacity to dob King in for something that wasn't seen until after the game.
This was in full view of everyone and got replayed a few times on the TV.
Let's see what the MRP do with this!!!!

They let Walker off scot free after throwing a North player hard into the post last week.

MRP come on ,you can't put this one under the carpet as well!

P.S. the umpires did favour us UNTIL the last quarter.
But we all knew that was coming lol.

What a joke!!! After a reasonable umpiring effort in Adelaide last week, the farce was well and truly back in town.

The umpires were shocking today for both teams.

They were one of the main reasons the game was so UGLY.

Shocking football, shocking umpiring. I think the umpires were marginally better than the footballers.

Melbourne supporter behind me kept whinging. Went on about all he wanted was consistency. I turned around and said 'what are you whinging about, you have have your wish. They are consistant. They've been consistantly bad all game'.

The umpires today were absolutely red hot on holding the ball, and I thought we got the better of it.

I'll give them the fact they were consistent with it, but what is the go. No wonder fans and players can't fathom the umpiring. Last week most of these decisions were ball-ups.

Geischen must go.

Has anyone noticed that when no.22 umpire has our games that he is very tough on us? Come on own up which Richmond supporter bullied him at school?
