Out: Jack

Let's make it a 6 small forward line. Just think of the learning experience we would have.

87, Rowdy. Looks pretty shaky for the ton.

You better hope Dimma doesn't read PRE Jack. He'd love nothing more than to cajole the King of the Starjumps to triple figures.

Heh heh. I think we're safe, St K. Probably even from an 88th. Unlucky cricket score for Mozza. :)

Morris FFS!

He was brought back for his first AFL game after a very serious knee injury. The whole team was pantsed by the Crows, but, of course, you single out Steve. Yer, he must have been totally responsible. Logic so bad it's got me laughing out loud.

As I have argued, he is an experienced, hard, gutsy player. He's also no midget, still has pace, can take a good mark, kick a good goal, but most of all, will harass, chase, pressure and tackle to hurt for four solid quarters, not 2.

Here are the stats for some of our smalls in a much CLOSER game last match: Butler 4, Rioli 8, Castagna 9. Bolton with 14 could only run out a half but did more in his third game! Lloyd a poor game too. At least with Morris, we'll get a totally committed 4 quarter team effort. At 185 cm he can at least contend a little beeter in the air than the other mozzies - who I really do like, long-term. But we've dropped too many close ones; now desperately need to win. Morris will do anything for the team.

I want the club to go as far as it can in 2017, despite having little genuine optimism. If you can make the finals, great. Have a shot and see what happens. If you want experience and to develop young players, there's' no better way to fast track them. Need to beat Bloos by curtailing Dochery and Simpson.

If you were one of these guys, who would you prefer to see come to you at the line-up on Sunday - Castagna, Butler, first game 170cm Stengle, or Moro?

>:D

Please divulge your tactical suggestions for beating Carlscum on Sunday, botox? Or are you agreeing with me very enthusiastically?

If not, don't hide your genius ideas, aside from being a master of the slag-off. But could you spare the bells and whistles. Might give some people a migraine.

Heres some logic. Dimma and the selection committee DEMOTED Steve after that performance.......

Bill, what on earth are you taking? Stop now, FFS.

It's usually logical to read the first sentence of a post.

I don't believe 'tough' as a sole virtue warrants Starjump Steve's selection in the seniors, indeed, it does not warrant any one being in the side if that's the limit of their abilities. He is an appalling decision maker and panicker and it was on display before his injury. If he is selected this week (and I don't care how well he's going in the VFL) we will lose. He's not up to it and he, like Sam Lloyd was last weekend against the Swannies, a liability. I want another new kid to get a go, not one of our rejects (this includes Maric as well. Great fella but waaaaaay past it). I don't want any substandard ghosts of 2016. I don't care if we don't make the 8 - just want to see new blood being rotated through the team.

Being hard at it was far from being the only grounds I gave, you just chose to ignore the substantive reasons given. But, heh, our young guys really stood up to a truly hard AFL team over 4 qtrs last week (actually with a very similar age profile to us overall). Oh, wait, upon a closer look, we were bullied and cacked our pants again. Face it.

But at least there were no other 'appalling decision maker and panicker(s)' out there against the Swans. Thanks for your highly questionable comments.

Think we can well lose, which is why I am saying to beat Carlscum, you have to stop Docherty and Simpson running and delivering the ball out their back half continually. As good as our young guys are going to be, some are now struggling, haven't got the tank required, or miss far too many scoring opportunities which has cost vital games.

How many tackles did Castagna and Lloyd lay that match, Toigs? As for 'I don't care if we don't make the 8 ...' This is where we differ. I am not such a fan. I am sick of this kind of Richmond mindset - always next year ... some time in the distant future ... when the stars align ... one day.

It's for losers and quitters. At least Morris has never quit that I've noticed.

Nope according to Dimmer supporters will go to :sleeping if were close to winning by 10+ goals thats what Stengle may bring
We need Morro in the side defense, defense its all about d...... let me hear it!

Just noticed this one. So, if Stengle is selected, we may beat the Bloos by 10 goals? This kid is making fine progress, looks very promising ... but ready yet?

Not sure it's now. But after Botox giving us this heads up, I really want him in!

Looking forward to blowing the Bloos away on Sunday. Can't wait. Catch you back here post match.

[If only Dimma would catch on].

I would do it.

Another one not intimidated by all the champion slaggers on PRE. Good to see, Scotty.

I think I want Lennon in for Lloyd because he is no slower, but a stronger, better kick and more reliable mark. Vlastuin for Menadue.

Sorry to say it, Moro in for this must-win match for either Butler or Drioli. Suspect Rioli may not be 100% right, has lost form and hurt-value, or Butler who got punched out and may not be too chipper. Don't mind which, club can decide based on medicals they must know.

Would love to try Chol, dream of him having an impact in a big game. But if he's far from doing enough at VFL level, he will NOT step up to AFL.
