Just said medial on Fox Footy - fingers crossed but didnt look good.
Have done a medial myself in the past. Does bloody hurt at the time, but yes, recovery isn't overly long and onerous (as an ACL is).

Either way, might be out long enough that he is put on LTI list?

If so, Marcon probably the first in line for an upgrade to the rookie list?

just home from work switch on the tele to hear Lingy say it was Myles who had been taken off with a knee . It's a bad break for Stevie but if it was Myles would have been a lot worse

Dimma just confirmed they expect its an ACL. Another on the LTI list.

ACL. Could be over for Stevie.
12 months means about rd 10 come back in the VFL. A few weeks in the VFL. Rd 12? Gives him 10 weeks or so to do something to earn a contract extension.

The club seem to love him so it wouldn't surprise.

Morris out for the first half of next season will give Dimma an excuse for our 1-9 start.

Yeah that sounds right. But I would make him captain of the VFL team and leave him there.

Anyway best of luck to Steve in his recovery.

Feel for Morris, quality bloke , gives absoulutly all his got every week , 28 at years end, 1 year on contract to go, with his absence hopefully Castanga can cement his spot in the line up

Shocking luck for Morro. He'd been returning to form and was more than useful for us. Now an ACL. *smile* disaster for his career. GWS, FFS.

He might not be the most talented player on the list but at least he gives a *smile*.

He is a supporter just like us. Has passion for the club.

Morris as a lock-down defender is fine, as a forward he's an abject failure. One can only blame the coaching staff & recruiters for forcing him to play out of position.

Rotten luck for Steve. Certainly played his role well in those 3 wins in a row. Future in serious doubt now.

Who has he locked down?
