Yes that did suck a few in. Mind Maric had plenty of form as a Feb specialist.

We've had a few of them. Gourdis, Post, Browne in recent years.

Even Tux had a bright opening once upon a time. ;D

Tux is just waiting to be unleashed onto the unsuspecting footy public. Bigger than Ben Hur tell ya.

Saw the Daly interview and it was Martin he was referring to as one of our best, not Petterd.

disappointing for Petts.

I bet Jimmy Pettard can kick further than Miller.

Hey Evo, not sure if its been mentioned before about your use of Jimmy Pettard, but are you referencing the Drapht song "Jimmy Recard"? Was my first thought, great song if so.

I liked what he offered tonight across half back. A shame he didn't play in the North game.

Looked great. We've got some good options in defence with he and Ellis fighting it out for the sweeper role. Both might yet get a gig in round 1.

Looked well poised under pressure and delivered well I thought... good pick up maybe.

Looked better then Edwards & knights put together, but should be moved to the forward line

He is a rookie but we have one spot open. Meaning that one of longergan, the ruckman & Pettard can be put onto the senior list

I think both are a lock for round 1.

Was a reasonable first up effort from Petterd. Will only get better you'd think once he learns a bit more about his teammates and the game style, as well as playing a defensive role which he probably hasn't played in for 5 years or so.

Nothing special
He has quite a few in front of him for a spot but it was only NAB one
