I'd say Vickery to ruck most of the night with a possible chance of Beano having a go. Good experience for him.

Going by what Tim Clarke said, it looks like we rested McDonough and Lloyd for this game.
 
Not sure the messiah can ruck at senior AFL level just yet. Hampster and Plasma I reckon. Or Plasma on his own with the team playing 3rd man up at every opportunity.

McDonough 18 touches in a half, 10 contested and 7 tackles.

I can't see us bringing in 2 talks this week.

Based on Clarke's comments, perhaps Astbury and McDonough could be the ins?

Hampson's injured, otherwise Astbury would have to ruck with Vickery.

Tongue firmly in cheek DDT. Griff already ruled out, and Hampson hasn't played VFL in weeks. Think it'll be TV and the Messiah.

Looks like a wet few days from Friday onwards. Might not go and watch Saturday's VFL game in Preston now that a polar vortex is arriving.

McBean has to play now, just as a forward. Vickery is going to have to shoulder all the ruck duties.

Its good in a way that Vickery is thrown a challenge to ruck all day to see what hes got

think you are right....
they did pull hampson out of the VFL team on sunday after maric's report...
u would expect him to play....and mcbean is the obvious replacement for griffo...
think we should maintain the 1 specialist ruckman with the 2 forwards to chopout like we have been doing, rather than going shorter.

Depending on the weather I would bring in Astbury and McBean for Maric and Griffiths.
