Most rucks are a tad bit clumsy, with our reinforcements in the midfield I think Nank is the perfect compliment. It's pretty clear to me that his apprenticeship at the Swans has been massive in his development. Hard, tough & uncompromising footballer.

Where do I collect my money. In the last two years when we have played Ivan without Hammer and visa versa the team stats are

Hammer only 23 games, 901 Hitouts, 730 Clearances
Ivan only 22 games, 789 Hitouts, 781 Clearances

Pretty sure the clearance problem is Hammer not the midfielders.

And the trend continues, more clearances than hitouts tonight, not to mention Nank actually taking posession of the ball occasionally when it entered his galaxy.

He did shank a few but he looked quite classy for a big unit. Very impressed with the way he moved around the ground
