well the fact that the eagles are trying to get rid of mitch will have a big part in the decision

Perhaps we are reading too much into Mitch wanting to play for Richmond and then linking that with Cale getting drafted to play with his brother.
Mitch may be of the opinion that his best chance to get a game in the AFL is with the wooden spooners and coming to Victoria means he will also be close to both of his brothers.
I'm not sure that Miller would be telling Mitch to come to the Tigers because we will definitely be drafting Cale. I remember Deledio saying he didnt know the Tigers would pick him at pick 1 until Wallet called him the night before the draft from his tanning bed.... hopefully the Tigers are keeping their cards close to their chest again this time.

Can someone who has actually seen Morton play CLOSELY give us all a sound insight into his attraction.
I have read many posts on here describing Cotchin as harder version of Deledio and others describing Morton as a HFF JON type who cannot get his own ball.
Surely the DISPARITY is not this big - can some real draft watchers convey their thoughts - after all, this is what the thread was based on.

Ok so we want Mitch to help out his brother but he is only worth a 3rd round pick if that so lets not be stupid about this! pretty much chucking all our eggs in one basket
All i know is Francis better be dead set certain Cale is going to be quality because we have had our fair share of soft, outside skinny blokes who are quick as early picks, its just a pity they can't play footy!!! I am normally a very patient bloke and realise people are only trying to do what they think is right but i will deadset spew if we stuff this up and will call for everyone involved in recruitment at Richmond to be sacked, i can't handle the heartbreak much more

Reading what Evo posted back on page 9 about Morton, then I cannot see why everyone is in panic mode about picking this kid up. Even if he ends up being 3/4 of the players mentioned eg Pavlich, Kouta and dare I say it Franklin, then I think we will be more than happy.
