I'm the odd one out: TBH comment made me chuckle.
but I still feel empathy for Sarge

Agree, TBH's comment made me laugh. Not sure what all the angst is about. He's wasn't ridiculing or making light of Sarge's injuries.

I wouldn't make fun of him at all. I had 2 litres drained off my pancreas last year and spent 6 months before that feeling much like Sarge would have felt.

Even that shirtfront crash with Hamill a few years ago was close to life-threatening.

Lucky to be alive, can't believe he played on, to all the rugby fans that think our game is soft. in rugby they see most of the hits coming and prepare for it, our game is so fast and the hits come from everywhere. Any man that steps onto that field has courage.

Four mid season coach departures in a career. Cause or effect?

Wouldn't it be ironic if Terry went and coached Port, Sarge would be licking his lips at the prospect of going back to defence. :hihi

Now that's what I call a stretch Billy! ;D
Averaging almost 3 goals a game this season, I'm sure Primus would have liked him to be more available.
It was a special just for you Oldy. :hihi

"I was getting shooting pain into my testicles and down my legs and back pain up from my kidney through to my shoulder blades."

I felt like that throughout the Wallace years.

that made me laugh.tho the pain went more thru my heart and up thru my brain under wallace......( but damn whats all the following angst about??? doesn't mean we don't feel or care about the sarge..im loving jay,s career at port and wish him all the best...just wish he was still a tiger...lighten up)

Wallet has suddenly become a Schulz fan, I have a feeling the love-fest is due to his vetoing of the pick 28 trade.

Taken a long time to click Jay but playing the best footy of his career now at the tender age of 28. Classic case of a late maturer.
Been terrific for Port this year in a role where he's playing closer to CHF.
Shame he never did it at Richmond. We could sure use him up forward right now.

I had hopes that Schulz would have been a very good Tiger player.
Would love him in our forward line now as I think he and Riewoldt would work pretty well together.

We've been chasing our tails badly since trading him. We've had to fill his hole with players like Miller, McGuane and Edwards.

He is exactly what we currently need.

Why would we need him when we have McGuane?
