Jay Schulz [Merged]

Schulz would get a 2RDP IMO, Mo. Maybe a fraction better for a desperate club. Does anybody know if he has a Victorian girlfriend? If so, beauty.

Pathettifer is here to stay. Until we can't get anything for him.

We don't got nuthen for a #2 pick. From nobody. Lids? ;D

The Dees are about to enter rebuild with a new coach at my best guess. Buyers' market there. Let's start with Cameron-- gotta make sure he stops blabbing to Shicker on Draft eve.

i really liked sarge. i like a player who can take a speci and ive seen him take some beauties.but :(his game has lost somthing why hes playing under his ability and has for some time who knows.sometimes he looks a bit lost out there as if trying to remember what hes supposed to do instead of playing instinktively.hope to see abig improvment for the second half of the season ;)

Well if the club and sarge are fair dinkum they should say right Jay we are playing you at FF and you have till the end of the year to show us what youve got. Surely it would be worth wild to have him at FF instead of KKinglsey!?!? A set up like we did Vs the Eagles should be for the rest of the yr (including browny):

HF: Richardson Hughes Pettifer

FF: Brown Schulz Tambling

...if Jay hadve kicked those goals in that eagles game i reckon thing may have been a lot different right now....seems to have lost the plot after that game!

would like 1-2 more in the twos though to get his confidence back, his last few weeks in the seniors shattered his ability to look at a pair of sticks without crying :'(

He was better on Sunday than the Monday before.
On a day that was not suited to overhead marking (even thought big Gus took a few good ones), Jay took a few, and the couple of chances he got for goal, he took them.
That's not saying a hell of a lot because he was very average the Monday before, but it was a step in the right direction, if indeed his confidence was low.

I still reckon he's a backman.

Can't see it, he has no awareness of his surroundings and limited vision. IMO he is a forward or nothing.

What ever he is he needs to show it fast.

The clock is ticking.....

Gussy i think Oldie has just about run out of patience too.......... i know i have, and i wouldnt be upset if we were to trade Jay.

If he combined well with Hughes earlier on this season, then there is a chance of success.

No-one can co-operate well with Richo because of the way he plays.

It's not all Jay's inability to crack it in the team, the majority of the problems stem from the skill level of our team. The delivery of the ball to our forwards is something that has haunted us for a very long time.

Well, how good does that make Richo then!!! He has put up with CR@P delivery for his whole career & still kicked over 700 goals.

The key difference is Hughes is in his second year, Schulz is in his 5th! He's a nothing player Schulz; just has very little or no impact on the vast majority of games he's played in. Doesn't want it enough; lacks intensity. Trade bait if I've ever seen it, although it wouldn't be a huge carrot.

Agree Hughes has shown much more in my view. Stats can be deceiving (except when I use them to support my own arguments).

If Schulz is let go/traded, I spose we are light a forward prospect. Gotta draft another one.
