Shirley Jack you don't think anyone would trade for Batchelor

No, CC. I mean trade a shitty pick for an experienced player or get a free agent. It just shouldn't be this hard to fill a minor role.

Not agile enough to play on a speedy small forward, not big enough to play on a tall and Not quick enough to be a rebounding half back.
Provides nothing

It shouldn't should it, but we really have to get away from top ups an fringies, we really need pure quality first before we ad C grade role players. I'd rather get games into Castangna and Broad in his role now Jack, and even though I think A Moore is no good , I'd be prepared to play him in Batchelors role, much better athlete and equally poor skills , better then the devil you know

Broad should be close to a senior berth, for sure. So yeah. Bring him in. A Moore is deeply no good. I don't think we can have any more peahearts in the ones. We're well over our limit already. Broad makes blues but he goes again.

It's that third tall we don't have. Someone to mind a resting ruck or a third tall forward. A Dean Rampe.

Posters want to feed Grimes to resting rucks but he's too fragile. And much more valuable as a #4 back.

We haven't had a #3 back for years. C Moore could do it. But he can't kick. Maybe Chol.

He'd cost, Rancey. I don't think we should pay much. I dunno. If we had a structured back line Hansen would be fine. Maybe we just throw C Moore or Chol in. #3 back FFS. Why is this hard? We pay people to do this. And yet we have a 5' 11" VFL player at #3 back.

Hansen is sound. He goes to the footy.

Chaplins Probally played the role the best in recent years

He plays it as an interceptor as he did at Port. But he's history. When Astbury could run and was interested he used to get over a lot of lawn and make the third man up. But no more.

A moment in the first quarter summed Astbury up.

Tried to spoil in the goalsquare but missed with his punch. Then did a 360 trying to find where the ball went, and by the time he'd made it the whole way around, a goal was kicked and the umpire was already half way back to the middle with the ball.

It was a disaster, Draga.

That moment didn't pass me by either.

Batch lucky to be selected yet again after a succession of mediocre performances. Can't doubt his will but do doubt his skills
I believe Batch got dropped didnt he? Him and Chaplin both omitted.

Dear Jake,
Look, I know I was fuming last week, but I did promise to swing the axe.
On reflection, I have decided it was actually all your fault.
Sorry, but we really just sucked because of you. I've decided that the way to turn us around is to do everything exactly the same, but drop you. Have fun in the VFL.
Love Dimma.

Dear Jake,
Actually mate, scrap that. Need to make another forced change, and don't want to flirt with form too much. It's actually not all your fault after all. I reckon if we just do everything exactly the same even harder, we'll come good. Cheers,
Love Dimma.

P. S. Could you just ask Morro again if he's sure he can't play on one leg? Griff doesn't have a problem with it. Cheers and kisses.
