Yeah, it's bizarre. Ross is playing career best football, playing a challenging role well, and our coach is getting potted for not moving him into a role he struggled in previously.

It's not an easy call, I don't think. He has the frame and the composure to play inside but has never looked like an inside mid. As Stephen Fry once said, "I think the wish was Father of the thought". Which is to say, we'd love Cotch to take him under his wing and show him how to use his skills to get it and feed it out to the users. Cotch was a much more outside mid in his early years and reinvented himself, it seemed at the urging of Dimma. Could Ross reinvent himself? I believe the only way that would be possible is if both he and Cotch made a pact and made that their project.

Playing good footy at the minute. Despite what others seem to think, I think the wing is a good role for him and he is playing it well.

I said this last night. Think we need a young captain to take over the rebuild. His age and leadership ability is perfect. He is now performing on the field.

Not a dig at Jack, he’s definitely improved his game and I’d say hes in our best 15 players this season and to me Jacks still a fringe player type in a top 4 side , thats how I see we’re we are at
