Had a fantastic year.

I notice that majority of his possessions are uncontested. Will have his work cut out next week on armfield. Needs to really get on his bike to break the tag
He is one smart footballer so my guess he has learnt from the last Carlton match and will play accordingly. he has the talent

Simpson does not work the other way. One way traffic. Exposé him.
I don't mind the idea Scoop. Simpson seems to be on his own everytime we play them. Was a key player when they beat us a few weeks back

Only issue is Simpson plays off halfback, not midfield/wing.

Be surprised if Hardwick moves Ellis from midfield to the forward group. Risk losing his drive off his wing.

King or White (if he plays) the obvious choices for leysy.

I'm hoping Ellis and Flossy are still young enough that playing in a final isnt a big enough deal to them to lose focus.

The bonus is that Flossy and Ellis have already played in front of the big crowds in home and away. The pace of the game will be what impacts them not the crowd size.

But both will be fine. Conca, Vlas and Eillis are a ripping second tier coming through. We just need to add raw pace.

To young to get too worked up. I'm more worried about the vetrans who've waited so long for this moment.

Agree. A ripping player but needs to work more on his defensive side.

A few do. I though Dimma had addressed this after the last Carlton game.

Last quarter there were Carlton players on their own everywhere.

Skilful & talented player BUT have witnesed him lately disappear quicker then David copperfield.
He will learn what is required to take him to the next level.
Pity Houli didn't handball to him to put us 38 up in the 3rd qtr..
Houli panick merchant

Not great today but has had a good year and will be a very good player long term.

One thing he really needs to work on is his tackling. I have seen a few this year where he's just been brushed off. Needs to get cracking on that less it becomes in danger of being Grigg like in its ineffectiveness.

So your basically saying that "the Grigg factor" is rubbing out on our kids.
Get rid of him.....
