Do you reckon there was any consideration at the RFC whether to give that job to Dusty?

The youngsters could have been offered free neck tattoos and an instructional 'don't argue' DVD as part of the package. :hihi

Martin has already been groomed for the role of Tigers Enforcer in 2014 - will aggressively seek out those who don't renew their Richmond memberships next year.

Better sign up now...or else.

High level footballer, no obvious weaknesses, wants to improve, trains hard, loves the Club, highly motivated

Can we have another please ?

Oops we have ...... Nick Vlastuin ;D

How exciting to watch Flossy, Conca and Ellis come through together and be the nucleus of a champion Tiger team going forward.
The kid is a ripper. All three are.

Interesting - I was going through my memory card on my camera yesterday and came across some pics / videos of my 9 year old at this years Cotchy's Club clinic. It struck me how good Ellis was with the kids.

He is a natural for this role & will do a great job (not that Cotch didn't but good to see some of this shared as well.

I liked his first year and I hoped he'd have a good second, but he totally exceeded expectations. He seems like a quality bloke and from what was said about his contract negotiations has a good deal of feeling for the club and his team mates. A captain in the making?

That's what I thought when I saw the video yesterday.

It is exciting to think of the leadership riches we have in the making. Cotchin now ... then Conca, Ellis, Flossy and Grimes all look like they could vie for captain over time. However, it is also somewhat depressing that looking back we struggled to find leaders to support Newman. I'm not suggesting Newman was a poor captain - far from it - but we really didn't have any viable alternatives. More proof of how bad our recruitment was in the early to mid 2000's. Luckily, things have turned around and now we are recruiting kids who can play and who display really good character. Makes me proud to be a Tiger supporter.

Not sure, but when they were negotiating the new deal Brandon reportedly told him 'whatever they offer, take it.'

This qoute has been irking me for a while.

Dan Richardson: "that wasn't quite the case, but good on him for saying that".

According to the site that cannot be nammed BE's training was at a level that it was threatening the structural integrity of his residence.

Odd looking tatt, but he has tattooed a Tiger onto his foreman, he's ours for the remainder of his career

For me all tats are peculiar and this one is no different. He certainly wants to be a Tiger for life and the way he is going we want him to be.
