Along with Grigg not too keen on laying a shepherd.

Both have sheparditis. Symptoms include drifting off over the top & looking for the next one and running towards goal remarkably quicker than the other way.

Needs to get rid of that fumbly first touch.

Looks out of sorts and low on confidence.

And while I'm at it, for gods sake Brando, stop dragging the *smile*ing ball underneath you.

Apart from that he's still a jet ;D

Brandon can rack up 30 in his sleep. That is an important ability. It's what he does he with that he needs to fix up. He's turning into Brent Stanton, we want him to be Leigh Montagna. Right now his possessions are not damaging, at all.

Agree Lot of possession but not a massive impact on the game. Surprised one of the coaches gave him votes. Must of seen something that I did not.

This. Needs more ball that he can play on from. Ran and carry is gone. Right now everything is link up. Hard running for sure but we need more overlap, handball receives.

Some good posting here guys. Reckon the nail has been hit on the head pretty well. What have we got with Brando?
Hard runner, super fit, footy smarts, neat skills with the occasional silk, goal sense, brilliant repeat efforts. At the moment he also has a lack of confidence, is only running hard one way and skill level is failing him. Those cons are far easier to lose than his pros are to teach. And he has some real skills.
30+ a week in his worst slump? Brando will be just fine.

Has shown to be a good player in the past.
His 30+ possession at present are doing nothing for me as they are being sprayed all over the shop.

In the changes thread, I said he should be dropped for Edwards and got a "WTF?" response.

Should, on best case, be on notice.

cos there is no way he should be dropped. nor is close to being dropped.
some poor kicks tonight, be he was also a valuable link up player.
one of the coaches gave him 2nd best on ground last week and he played better tonight.

it looks like Ellis is becoming the new whipping boy.

Needs to kick the goals. Apparently only kicked 4 this season and for a guy who gets as much of the ball as he does that needs to be elevated.

He's still getting the pill but butchering it.

His kicking is putrid at the moment. If he can get back to his form of the past two years it will be a massive bonus for us.
