Mini has basically said he wouldn’t change the gameplan too much this year.

Can't stand Ross. There is something deeply unlikable about him. I have not seen his theory work on the pitch. His style wins H&A but falls over in finals. It's deeply conservative. Having said all that, if he won premierships I wouldn't care one bit whether I liked him or not. I said all of that, to say this; I don't like him and so I couldn't give fat rats arse what his opinion of Mini is.

Ok Mini Dimma won’t tinker with the game plan but what I see out there is a bunch of individuals not playing as a team
They’re never ready to go from the first bounce always playing catch up and it looks like they’re just going through the motions when we had a real possibility of making the 8

If it’s well known and has been in place since 2016 why not simply announce it as a succession plan when Hardwick walked away? Why play a game with it? And they’ve been able to keep this a secret from everyone except those chosen few since 2016? McQualter may very well get the job (a mistake imo), but it wasn’t planned from years out.
