I just hope we don’t take the easy way by hiring Mini as he's not the answer and last 2 weeks has proved it more.We have made a few mistakes last couple of years in the footy department and dropped the ball.

I keep on hearing we need a people person etc which I agree, but first and foremost we need a coach who can rejuvenate us , develop our kids , understand tactics and game trends , intensity etc focus on that first relationships with players comes after and it can't be close.

Carlton bulldogs saints all tried to poach him but couldn't this succession plan has been executed to perfection we get the best coach I the business take over from the previous best
