Andrew 'Mini' McQualter

If he is and we have gone through the process, then so be it.

If it does happen, I hope Mini is given the opportunity to assemble a team around him. New assistants with fresh ideas, new development team, new strength and conditioning team. This would hopefully provide an element of refresh and newness to ensure the players don't turn up to pre season with he same old, same old mentality.
Applications closed less than a week ago.

So if they have gone through the process and come up with Mini already then the only logical summation is that nobody else applied.

No way you could put candidates through the process and have a decision within 5 days including a weekend.

Benny wouldn't run a shoddy operation and we are too attractive a proposition for nobody to be interested.

So I'm calling bulldust on the word on the street.

Mentioned/joked DImma's name when some journo asked about playing at the Dump. True or not, I really think it was Dimma who built this myth.

Have to say I really enjoy his dry sense of humour.

I reckon his record since DH has left is underwhelming.
A loss tonight will make it an easy, Thanks but No Thanks decision

The Moucher will be asked to present his vision and game plan for the future.
No wins and losses from here will come into it.
He’s already ticked quite a few boxes but it’s all about next year and beyond

I caught the end of someone from Port Adelaide talking with Dwayne Russell today. He said that he is recommending to the board that Ken Hinkley be offered a new contract shortly. He wouldn’t be drawn on the length but said that Hinkley is coaching better now than at any point in his career, has a great relationship with the players and coaching from the bench has given him a new perspective.

Dwayne speculated on a 3 year deal or 2 years with performance clauses that could trigger a third.

I doubt Josh Carr is going to hang around for 2 or 3 years when he’s already stated he wants to be a senior coach. I’d be staggered if he isn’t part of the interviews for the job at Richmond

Losses tonight and to the Aints and Kochies pits it right up for grabs.

Win those 3 and it likely puts it beyond doubt.

Against Lions, Demons and Dogs we've conceded 391 points and 203 I50s.

Are we still just blaming the players now?

The Mini sugar hit has well and truly worn off and the results are there for everyone to see.

If the players love Mini now and put in these types of performances, how bad will they play when they hate him?

Does Mini have two desks in his office?

Same stuff as DH. We are not going to tag (even though Bont and Libba are killing us) we will stick to our processes. Well that didn't F****** work did it. Need fresh ideas. Time to get rid of the TEAGUE train as well. May as well try Carr.

Marlion and Fridge seemed to be running with the Bont at times but they just aren't in the same league.

Gets an F for Fail for tonights games
Was just as bad as the Brisbane and now Doggies game

Marlion only in the last qtr after it was all over. Who TF was running with him for the first half. I was there I could see anyone tagging him. Remember not Richmond's style of game. Look at Miller on Neale and the job they did on Daicos last week.

Not convinced McQualteris the future, so it's a no from me.
But I will trust RFC to make the best decision after the interview process with candidates is completed.

Deliberately watched the first half from behind the goals
Honeymoon is over for Mini and so is his coaching aspirations if he is instructing players to dish that rubbish up
Guess what , if you stand on the wrong side of a stoppage you will get burnt
And what ever happened to the 3rd man up in defensive 50 to give team mate a chop out
Extremely poor coaching last night
Unbelievable at times
Mini thanks but no thanks . Enjoy the last 3 weeks
