Andrew 'Mini' McQualter

Bauer got a run. Banks got a run. Coulthard got a run. Who next?

We've got everybody as sound and fresh as we can. We have measured the established talent. And we are finally seeing some new talent.

Mini has control. How are we going to shape over the next month and hopefully beyond?

Mini's vision and judgement are crucial right now.
All true Jack. I don't want this culture broken.

Brown and Trezise will get a game soon I reckon.

Interesting to see who goes out, TF. Trezise forward? Might be time to bite the bullet. I'll be interested to see how McQualter handles it.

We can all see that our form isn't right and our ball movement is usually sloppy or uninspired. But it's late in the season for major change. And ball movement is a product of a settled line up.

This is not about road testing youth so much now. We can tinker a little bit more but the guts of the side has to be settled.

Do we stick with Young or go smaller? (We'll stick with Young.) Pickett? Who can do better? Do we go with Miller or Soldo? Can MoJu earn a recall in a week or three?

What's the shape of the side? What is Mini's vision? This is about to be revealed.

True. Time to settle for the turn home

Our shortcomings are on field not in the bloody coaching box , you could have norm smith reincarnated, won’t help that we haven’t got Tom lynch out there , rutten has done wonders with our defenders , hes not going anywhere
I disagree. We havent focused on skills and great users of the ball so there is a clear gap between us and sides like the Pies, Power, Lions, Dees (and yes it would be nice to beat them this week) etc.

Miller can play Tyler Youngs role.

Brown will be very close.
Short will come in
MJ will be close as a lock down stoppage player.
Cumberland will be close.

Who goes out?

Great problem to have. We need speed and overlap run.

Best and longest presser he's done this season. We have plan A and B for Cracksbourne.

We must go with Mini as coach. I feel like we're finally walking up the stairs.

Here’s a bold idea for Mini - Drop Miller, play Bauer as a marking forward who also drifts back while Vlastuin drifts forward to totally confuse Melbourne and create mismatches.

After the presser, reckon Cumberland might come in for Miller with Pickett to act as ruck relief.

Pat Steihfort.

Frank CEO of the Storm.

Part of a six man committee set to appoint the next coach.

Is Patty the ex Tigers player?

2 losses against top 4 teams, amongst unconvincing wins against bottom 3 teams.

Mystifying team selections.

Not convinced.

Besides all the flog rubbish and our brain fades, I liked the way we played. Haven't seen this since 2020.....look at Duz.

IMO, Mini's the one for the job. List management are the ones to change.

In his presser, he said 'not having a focal point like Lynchy, means we needed more avenues at goal'.

Open your eyes. There's one in the 2nds you might want to look at.

You liked conceding over 70 inside 50's and 130 points? Ok.

Mini's done better than expected with a limited team ATM. Long term with better players I see him as the best of other candidates. Was it his fault on how our players brain fade?

Subbing off Miller was a coach killer and Dimma did the same to early year along with moving Balta out of defence and floodgates opened. Forward line still incompetent.

A win could've almost clinched the deal for him today. as it would've had the RFC on a push for the 8.

Now staring down the barrel of the annual shithousery at the dump against the Aints after the Hawks ran em back into some confidence.

I thought he did ok.

We were in control of that game.

And when diabolical umpiring changed the momentum he made a move

Balta forward was either gonna get us back in it or expose us in defence. Especially with Dylan having a deadset shocker. He rolled the dice and lost

At least he didn't die wondering.
