Yep, the night before a colonoscopy isn’t what I’d call fun and I’ve had a fair few in my time!! Hope they’ve given you a good news outcome Mate, and the procedure all went well.Sorry for the brevity TOO but I had stuff to do yesterday and latter I really had stuff to do prep for a colonoscopy. Just about to be released from Royal Melb Private now.
Cheers
Good luck @caesar and take care of yourself.Sorry for the brevity TOO but I had stuff to do yesterday and latter I really had stuff to do prep for a colonoscopy. Just about to be released from Royal Melb Private now.

If they are doing an Endoscopy also, make sure you request that first as they use the same cameraSorry for the brevity TOO but I had stuff to do yesterday and latter I really had stuff to do prep for a colonoscopy. Just about to be released from Royal Melb Private now.

Dropping a few kg's from my massive 57kg frame is not what i needThat orange stuff they make you drink before it is gross. Mind you , you drop a couple of kgs in preparation
The biggest issue I had was removing the barbed wire beforehandGood Luck to you, caesar.
I've done the double whammy as well.
Referred to in the business as a "Top and Tail".
The pico prep the night before is truly vile.
Hopefully no one having Lunch while reading.
I'd just finished up, pulled the pants up.
I literally had 5 seconds to get 'em back down again!
It is horrendous.
You do get a nice coffee and biscuits post the procedure, though.
There you go, cleaned it up nicely.
Hoping you only have clear sailing from here on.
Hail, Julius.
Hail!
Don't know where you had yours but the coffee i get looks and tastes (presumably) like the stuff i was shitting out the night before.Good Luck to you, caesar.

Jack an outlier who we took at pick 13. JVR went at 19. Interesting, prompted me to compare the pair at the same age. JR8 more Ds by 2, but JVR more goals 1.4/1.0. So quite comparable, JVR going at a high accuracy rate for a beginner forward too and HBs more, wins some ruck contests.Yes but he was an outlier, had amazing footy smarts and the use of his body was second to none.
Richmond were a bottom side (ok not in 2008 but 09/10 etc), Dees a top 4 team. Have to factor that in as well. JVR won’t reach Jack’s lofty heights. Not saying he won’t be a great player in his own right, but tough to match a superstar like Jack. Agree it’s much harder to find a star key forward but the club must have had something in mind with passing on JVR. Also, he played down back for a fair chunk of his u18 year so maybe we thought that grabbing Gibcus was enough key position players for that draftJack an outlier who we took at pick 13. Overall, I hope Brown becomes a champion because that's who my team selected, but I'll always wonder why they wouldn't risk JVR with his great similarity when Jack was obviously nearing the end. Successful KPFs much harder to find than HBFs.

Don't worry - I never claimed he will be anything like another JR8 - like any great KPF, he was quite individual. But JVR could be half as good; maybe even 2/3s. As I say, worth the risk.Richmond were a bottom side, God we were awful. Dees a top 4 team. Have to factor that in as well. JVR won’t reach Jack’s lofty heights. True, I think he’ll be a good player for them. Agree with what you say about Gibcus. But I guess with his injuries this year maybe they just want to settle him down back for the foreseeable future. Hopefully Kosi finds his feet again and puts up numbers similar to or better than 2021!Don't worry - I never claimed he will be anything like another JR8 - like any great KPF, he was quite individual. Yes, we have big plans for Gibcus but all KPPs take some years to make it usually. He might turn into a KPF in future; has the leap, marking ability and strong, straight kick. But needs further size still.
Yeah - I had that happen - during bowel cancer surgery. Weirdest experience I’ve ever had.Yep, been there done that although my doctor called it a spit roast
Hope your anaesthetist was better than mine. I woke during my last colonoscopy and watched the procedure on the monitor in front of me
Kozi is insurance for Lynch and will be key forward if Lynch suffers a further injury.Lynch and Balta. Kozi would make three. So why is Balta training forward if they're confident Kozi can play that role?
wait, so you dont want top heavy, but you want 2 ruckmen?Kozi is insurance for Lynch and will be key forward if Lynch suffers a further injury.
imo our best available, not top heavy and as fast as we have seen over the last 10, doesn't include Koz, or indeed some of our old favourites.
F Bauer Lynch Cumberland
HF Bolton Balta Baker
C Banks Rioli D, Brown
R Nankervis Taranto Martin,
with the bench to possibly be made up of Dow, Hopper, Naismith and Prestia.
