Hey maths to the maths threads please!
Its bad enough the squabbles, the denigration and arguments on that thread, but it keeps appearing on football threads and derails the whole thing.

Gramma Nazi's do irk me.
I live on the Goldy. There is a lot of interest up here but all the expats already have a team. It will take a generation of the young kids to get a support base for the suns.
Maybe if they had Dusty in an ambassador/junior coaching role the interest would be magnified with the kids and general public up here.

Mate of mine moved up years ago. lolnorf guy. Jumped ship to Suns day one. Him and missus bought all the gear. Memberships. I went to the inaugural match v Blues with him and fam. 120p flogging shoulda been 160. He's pretty burnt out now. Very cynical on HW. Rolled eyeballs at Dusty. Knows there's something missing. Knows it's a bit of the players. Knows it's a bit of the culture. Will be very surprised if HW turns it around.
Wish I coulda been inside his head 17-20. Was happy for me though. Probably in a better boat than with norf anyway.
If Hardwick backs up his Suns BnF speech and the reported tough exit reviews then maybe, just maybe he can get the Suns on the right path.
The Suns escape the scrutiny of the Melbourne Clubs so operate in a lower pressure environment which causes the under performing results

Anyone heard of someone even luke warm interested in joining us?
Whilst we are going hard for new talent I think it would be nice to also land a big fish.

For this year n next I'd prefer we concentrate on kids, kids n more kids. Perhaps at maximum, a solid needs based mature player free via the PSD.
Would think that end of 2027 would be the time to seriously look at the big fish market. Get a few seasons to figure out what we have coming through and exactly what we need to spend big coin on to complement what we have.
