Best Metro player, and had highest disps for the match.
In the other game, J.Johansen appears to be BOG with highest disps.

That was last week.

Vic Metro flogged WA today and Brayshaw was quiet. Cody Ellis had another standout game. Rising quickly.

Petracca and Cavka stood out as well.

Petracca is a interesting one. If he can show consistent midfield form then he becomes a tantalizing prospect.

Incredibly strong and can kick a goal. If he proves to the recruiters he can spend some quality time in the middle then he becomes the sort of player that could push his way into the top 10 picks come draft day.

The fist name that comes to mind is Salem. He is a dead ringer for game style.

when are the games on foxtel? will be watching this years with interest.

How does he move in traffic for a kid of his bulk?

Ive got very little intel on them Gus, who do you like?

As a playing unit they are very solid and are well coached. I'm not sure how many of them can transition to the AFL level though.

Gus in terms of this draft what's it compare to the previous 3-4 years if you were to include the 17 year olds that went early.

How deep is it? Is there good midfield depth? Any Joel Selwoods, Motlops, Hills running around?

We didn't rate last years draft hence why we only took Lennon as our only junior. I hope it's a different story this year.

If we didn't rate lasts years group then I think that was an error.
This year it may lack star players. For all it's key forwards and defenders how many of them can provide repeat efforts on the lead and that real marking power moving into the AFL?

Despite the lack of a Boyd or a Patton I think it's a nice even draft list with plenty of exciting prospects. It's a bit weak on star midfielders but there is plenty of good ones and the key forwards and defenders might be better suited to the number 2 role at most clubs but it's a good draft list.

Just remember that Sundays game has been moved from Visy to Skilled. Quite a change but I don't think there is a better venue for Junior football in Victoria.

Where is Touk Miller looking like being ranked overall Gussy?

Wouldn't mind us using a later pick on him.

He's a hard one to pick. Some might be turned off because of his height and that his skills need to improve but he is a smart and hard at it player and he will do whats needed to become an AFL footballer.
I can't see him going in the first round but he might. Maybe late 2nd round is where I would rate him. I need to have a deeper look though
