The fact he did is something I will always be grateful for.
it takes a big person to admit they were wrong. well done.

Baloo said:Caro gave us an insight to the review last year the moved on the assistants. No doubt talented but they only focused on what was wrong with the players and how to fix it. Constant negative undertone.
They brought in a new batch of assistants who were focused on the positives of the players. What they excelled at. How we could use the positives in the game plan.
Result? 13th to Premiership in one year. The Brightsiders saved this club.
If anyone needs to understand the difference between the darkside and brightside there it is. One wallows in negativity, the other wins premierships.

Neil Balme saved the club - How long have all the Brightsiders & Darksiders been around? Forever.
37 years of failure and the Balme shows up.......its like watching a John Wayne movie - The Duke always shows up and wins!

Baron Samedi said:This playing group has always had incredible spirit.
The focus on "connection", whilst I buy it and appreciate it, is mainly a response to media questioning on "how we turned things around".
All clubs do that stuff.
MD Jazz said:I don't agree with this at all.
Vulnerability sessions? The talk of the honesty and love?
You reckon the Scott brothers gave a talk on their personal fears in front of the respective playing groups?
Just accept you've written some stuff that's been bang on (like your best defence call at the start of the year) and plenty of stuff that is dreadfully wrong. We all write plenty of BS.
Tigaman said:In pre season 2017 betting , Bernie's Punt Road chargers odds were 50-1 so did anyone on this site get on ?. I did not as after the Tigers 2016 season the Tigers were on the nose big time.
Tigaman said:No one got on so it appears all was on the dark side.

year of the tiger said:Yawn - just enjoy being Premiers can you.
He out coached Scott, Cameron and Pyke - overcame our finals hoodoo and a 37 year premiership drought.
He is Coach of the year voted by his piers for a reason.
Results prove it, the industry believe it and the players live it - but you know best don't you.

Move on? we just won a flag with supercoach Dimma, and you want to move on?
Baron Samedi said:He played his part, but by his own admission the he just winds the players up and lets them go.
The line coaches are elite. The playing group is special.
Dimma is kinda like a mascot.
But don't let me break up the party, carry on.
