Caro gave us an insight to the review last year the moved on the assistants. No doubt talented but they only focused on what was wrong with the players and how to fix it. Constant negative undertone.

They brought in a new batch of assistants who were focused on the positives of the players. What they excelled at. How we could use the positives in the game plan.

Result? 13th to Premiership in one year. The Brightsiders saved this club.

If anyone needs to understand the difference between the darkside and brightside there it is. One wallows in negativity, the other wins premierships.

Dude I'm just talkin about Hardwick here, not the whole club. He's a coach who needs help with tactics, plain and simple.
