Look, even Hardwick has publicly acknowledged that he doubted himself at the end of last year.
It is a mighty impressive effort to turn things around in one season.
And Hardwick will now be forever known as a premiership coach and an RFC legend.
 
A lot of tall forwards will be shitting themselves over the summer, they won't get a game when 17 other clubs copy the Richmond way.
