When will Bernie go !!

Yeah, that was an incredibly disappointing loss Baron, given the opportunity that presented to consolidate in the top four. St Kilda aren't a bad side this year so it would have been even better to knock off one of our key rivals for fourth spot.

I haven't seen the presser but give Dimma the benefit of the doubt in sticking up for the players publically - I'd hope he's made it clear to them that regardless of cause, that kind of performance is totally unacceptable.

Clearly something was off - exactly what, who knows. But we've gotta hope that it's out of their system now. They need to win well against the Lions this week.

Last night Cornes seem to indicate there is some tension between the two that's been brewing for few years.

its amazing how so many premiership teammates have falling outs. You would have thought premiership teammates would be mates for life and premiership reunions would be something you look forward to the most after your playing days have ended.

Yeah this would normally be true, but he's a Cornes.

Well Eddie didn't call Cornes the 'old campaigner' for nothing.

What's his reference to Mrs Dimma this time? Must have used her name to respond to Cornhead's comments.

Righto, so there's a logjam from 4th to 12th, we are looking to atone for the embarrassment of last week and we're facing the bottom team at home in dry conditions.

If we don't have a coach who can engineer a ten goal victory given these circumstances then he simply must go at the first appropriate opportunity.

Only one small problem being that we don't have a team that's capable of executing a ten goal victory. Would love to see it happen but there's no way I'm gunna risk holding my breath waiting for us to splatter an opponent.
As long as we get the win we live to fight another round in the chase to finals.

But going by the chosen one we don't lose by 10 goals either. Wow the blind faith in Dimma is head in the sand stuff!

Hardwick typically doesn't coach for large victories, he likes to set up a lead and then hang onto it. He has however coached a few in his tenure. I must have dreamt them considering that in your oft stated opinion our entire list is *smile* and can't score heavily. We did beat Brisbane in our last encounter on their home ground, by 53 points, just a shade under 10 goals. Given that they're on the bottom of the ladder, playing us away from home and they haven't beaten us in a very long time, we'd have to be at short odds to post a fairly impressive victory. Lose this and yes we are complete and total poo and panic buttons will be hit all over the place.
I honestly don't know why you want us to make finals, you think our list is awful, so all we'll do is make up the numbers, get knocked our first round and get crap draft picks to go with it.

I am very excited about the future no matter what happens this year.

There are some young players building nicely around this club. I expect to see Bolton, Graham, Menadue, Markov and hopefully CEllis as mainstays going forward.

Also really like Garthwaite and Moore as prospects

Keep Dusty and recruit a few talls and we are really well placed next year.

Dimma will coach in 2018, back it in. I am not saying he is the best coach for the future but I am resigned to it. It will happen

Fly McCrae please. At least he would drop dead weights like Caddy, Butler, Castagna and Rioli

None of those guys are in the class of Cotchin, Rance, Reiwoldt and Martin. Not sure our future is that great.

For a young team you can see the season catching up with some of them but we are still doing OK - big game next. Week hopefully at the G

I'll be looking forward to Dimma's analysis of the Profit and Loss Statement for today's match at the presser.

win next week and we are bonefide contenders, against all odds.
