What changes would you like to see next season?

I like to see Dustin Martin to be given the captaincy for 2016. To be announced just before Round 1 game

Now we have different personnel to pick from I would like to see a return to that game style that Hardwick said that we don't want to play going forward.

That game style requires players who are have good disposal under pressure and make good decisions under pressure.

In the past we have used it to good effect against North and Geelong but haven't had the personnel to sustain it for long enough to win the match.

It was how we beat Sydney, Freo and Collingwood last season.

Dimma to get sacked after round one , so i can take out a membership again as i refuse to be a member while this clown is coaching our club
Oh well 75,000 less one. I think we will survive

OF COURSE THEY WILL SURVIVE , AS TOO MANY PEOPLE ACCEPT FAILURE AND MEDIOCRATIY AROUND HERE
Yep. The fact we haven't won a flag for 35 years and lost the last 3 elimination finals is definitely my fault for turning up and supporting the team every week. If I had microwaved my membership the Tigers would have won multiple flags in recent years.
Silly me

Tyrone kicks 100 Corey Ellis wins the B&F and we make top 4 eat em alive

I like it, but if Ty can kick 50 and Corey win the Rising Star we will go close to the top four.

Evo maybe CEllis has to stop taking Cialis and he might get on the park!

You might be on something, hopefully not on Cialis Evo.

I'd prefer band wagoners like yourself stay away. real supporters like the rest of us support the Club no matter what!

Another good argument for extending Dimma's contract.

For season 2016 I would like to see:

The likes of Lennon, CEllis, Drummond, Menadue, Butler, Elton, Broad, Lloyd, Hampson, Townsend, Moore and Astbury improve to the point where they can provide important rest periods for our senior players when required without a noticeable drop in overall team performance.

Our leadership to continue to improve with Vlaus, B.Ellis and Grimes given more responsibilities – ie our next generation of leaders.

Better use of the centre corridor – it frustrates me endlessly to see us constantly use the wings bringing the ball forward and for Jack to receive the ball in the forward pocket. I’d love to know what percentage of his shots on goal has been from the pockets. We have some very creative mids and forwards, who combined, could wreak havoc on the scoreboard if we trusted them with the use of the centre of the ground.

Vickery and Griffo to take more ruck duties. I think both are adequate (and improving) forward/rucks and could do more to help big Ivan.

A successor to Chappie identified and developed.

A greater spread of goal kickers.

Perennial underachievers Hampson, Conca and Astbury to have injury free runs and to show what they are capable of.

One or two young players step up big time – just like McIntosh did last season – and cement a role in the best 22.

And as some other Prenders have already indicated – reward for effort in the magoos. Consistent high calibre efforts in the seconds must be rewarded with stints in the firsts.

Win, lose or draw (but hopefully plenty of victories), I would like to see the 22 players selected each week to all provide a committed, focused and intense effort over every minute of the game.
