What changes would you like to see next season?

just to play with more individual and team confidence esp when under the pump/pressure....................confidence is the key
 
Iwould like to see players like Sheds, Griff & Conca not getting a game as their replacements have more ability & ticker.

Sheds? Eh? Bloke is a jet. The other two I tend to agree, but happy to be proven wrong by each of them.
