Welcome Tyler Sonsie

Even if he is not played on the ball, surely you can still find the pill more than 3 times in 3 quarters?

Am sure we will hear his biggest supporters argue he needs to be played in the middle but not sure he deserves any midfield time given the apparent lack of effort/running ability?

Perhaps now hew will go back to the VFL and play as a full-time mid?

3 touches at 67% effective
77 meters gain.
He’s the type of Player that gives me hope that someone like me might be able to make The AFL league

I think that’s all that can happen now , back to the magoos and play midfield, earn some footy for atleast a month ……..massive doubts now

Papers stamped. I want him to make it but I don’t think he wants it himself.

Very very disappointing.

As much as I thought he was a decent draft choice and thought he'd show everyone he was a bargain, I don't think it's going to happen.

Too slow and unathletic, not very physical, and most disappointing is that his foot skills just aren't anywhere near as good as they looked at junior level. Maybe because he had more time back then. Dunno.

He really struggles with the pace and physicality of AFL football.

Been saying it that Green or Coulthard would show more effort at the least.

Green has Tylers spot now.
Green is a good forward. Coulthard could not possibly be picked on his performances in the VFL. Tyler is an outside midfielder only

Mainly the physicality which by not getting involved makes him look slow.

I've defended him, but today was a completely nothing game from him. I think we should use Tresize back, and move Brown forward as we showed in the last. Try and get Brown playing as that HFF and get him to use the ball inside 50 using that lovely kick of his. Maybe with confidence going out of the team, he needs to be further up the ground to take those more attacking options as he has really gone into his shell the last 3-4 weeks, plus Tresize definitely deserves a full game after his last quarter today.

Contracted for next year. Needs someone to get in his ear and ask the question.
“Do you want an AFL career or not? You’ve got 12 months left of your career”

At the moment he’s going through the motions and getting games undeservedly. It sends him the message, he’s doing enough and some poor bastard in the vfl is scratching his head wondering why his effort is unrewarded

We need less injured so we can get more pressure from the VFL on the AFL list players. Some lack of urgency looks obvious.

The best ‘hack’ was coming home from school and stuffing Samboy BBQ chips in a fresh bakery roll. Absolute food porn.

Doesn't believe that he belongs. Stands around and watches, scared to get involved. Back to the vfl.
