Welcome to Tigers: Jason Castagna

Unbelievably overated on here.

Ive never seen what all the fuss is about.

Poor skills, no poise, no footy brain, but runs fast.

Not AFL standard and has been given a long enough shot at it to prove so. Prefer to keep Bolton in and replace this guy with Butler or Stengle.

Georgie boys not done yet needs to play another 50 games before hardwick realises he's a dud.

Nahas clone.
I've said it since day one.
He missed a sitter against west coast, that turned into a 12 point turn around

never seen a player so nervous taking a set shot for goal. that last shot for goal he coudnt even hold ball in his hand.

b2

Butler comes back for George I say.

Butler, Rioli and Bolton should be our smalls.

Thought he was ok.he kicks the goal we win though.

He wasn't, he didn't, so that's that.
6 effective disposals zero 1%ers and 1 tackle for 87% game time. So much for the frenetic forward pressure he supposedly delivers.
MIA apart from 2 goals that his replacement may have kicked anyway

he stays...was far from our worst yesterday and di kick a couple of goals....id like all four in..play one on a wing...

but yeah,..who goes out for caddy?? b ellis?

Miles out for Caddy on yesterdays showing, Ellis out for anyone who gets a kick in the 2's today.

Started well before GWS camped en masse in our forward line. It was no place for an opportunist forward to flourish. Two goals out of our ten, definite pass.

Ridiculous. George was fine.

*smile*.
You tell us what did he do that was fine, apart from kicking 2 goals, he had 4 other effective disposals, plus 1 tackle for the entire game for 87% game time

He was fine in what way? Please tell us what we missed

Am going to the game. If we go on your selection criteria of most kicks it is likely to be Towner or Hunt, be careful what you wish for ;D

He's a forward. Goals are pretty handy. Two goals is fine.

Just your opinion. He kicked 2 good goals to help establish the lead. Great contested mark there but missed the shot. He converts and he's had a great game. George wants to be involved he'll get more composure with more experience.

I thought he was pretty good. Seemed to be more effertve than Lloyd, who should be the one to make way for Butler if he's right.

2 goals, what else?anything at all? So you got nothing

Of course it's my opinion. I acknowledged he kicked 2 goals, (who's to say his replacement wouldn't have)
No one can answer "what did he do for the rest of the game?" Apart from kicking 2 goals, he had 4 more effective disposals and 1 tackle from. 87% game time.
1 tackle and his strength is forward pressure? Did he corral all game, was he near an opponent?
His footy IQ makes Maguane look like professor Julius Sumner Miller.
He does a little bit then goes MIA for long stretches of the game.
