On form what a poor first half againt hawks?.Been one of the best half backs this year is a weapon.Like I said he needs to keep it simple sometimes handball and remember to defend .

will not drop a non-defensive attacking defender for an attacking defensive forward? Not a big stretch at all IMO.

Dusty will run the Lanky Yank ragged. Poor guy can barely jog 100 metres without any huff and puff on those stilts.

It wont change regardless bc Kmac and Conca can both roll through the defensive line and have at various times this season.

Having said that, no-one will be dropped, only if Broad doesnt come up as he seems to be carrying something going by training reports
 
Think he is a huge chance to play. If I had to guess I’d say for Conca.

Keeping Higgins makes us even more dynamic up fwd. Rioli, Castagna, Butler, Edwards and Higgins. That’s an epic mosquito fleet and a set up we haven’t really seen before. Pies will struggle to defend that set up.

Conca is tough and his ability to play in the middle is handy to release Dusty but I think with Lambert, Edwards, Higgins, Caddy and even Rioli we have that ability anyway. Conca doesn’t give us much more that and his skills are average.

Conca plays... absolutely no doubt about it. His midfield pressure and tackling will be extremely important come Friday. That far outweighs any deficiencies he has.
