Welcome to the Tiggers - Daniel Butler

He'll get dropped on tonight's performance. Dumma won't allow any creativity or run to creep in to the side. Butler model his game on those stars BEllis and Hunt ::)

Reminds me a little of Matt White... doesn't get a lot of it, but when he does he goes at full tilt.

Excellent game was prepared to take the game on
Would like him to get a run in most of the preseason games to see if he can reproduce tonights effort

Just a kid in his third year, still 20. But plenty on here wanted him cut; claimed him a dud.

Exactly the type needed for the modern game. Pace to burn and attacks the contest. Big upside still to come quite likely.

He was very busy. How important is that? Butler was beaut. Good on him.

Couldn't believe this guy didn't get ditched last year. Now I can believe it. If that's his base level, he probably plays a few games this year.

Early days. Its game 1 of JLT.

Very promising tonight but it is his 3rd yr and not shown much previously. Lets just wait to see what happens in the real stuff.

Can see why he was retained on the list now. Has competition for the role he plays but I like what I saw last night.

Very impressive for a young fella. I just love the way we broke the lines last night. It just creates such a more exciting game style and brings out the strengths of some of our players.

Liked seeing Niles deliver on a silver platter with speedy service. Deserves a tip on that effort.

He was originally taken as a late pick for a reason...not quite ready for AFL but he had something worth developing. Some players do take three years to find their feet, get their confidence and believe they belong in this company at the elite level. He has the speed and physical skills it's above the shoulders that he must keep working on. Loved his pace breaking the lines so he gives us more options for mids/crumbing forwards which is always good.
