Welcome to the Tigers Nathan Broad

Along with Jack Graham , I thought they were the 2 that really stood out at VFL level when they both came back from injury. Not sure he gets mentioned in the most improved category much , however Broad deserves to be right up there with Lambert in that regard. Very integral part of that Premiership backline.

Side note, as much as I love Cotch, Dusty , Jack, Jack an co that back six has to be my favourite unit in my time supporting the mighty tigers

Regarding Broad :

I remember posting early last year about him in a thread about fowards and what would be our stocks if Riewoldt went down and Broad was a player i thought that could actually play as a big bodied defensive foward similar to what townsend plays.

But looking at how adaptable he is and he still may be that swingman option if required

See Boobs has been picked for AFLX.

Can we leave him in melbourne to quietly serve out his time on Saturday?

Will likely play every Praccy game and x game as to get him some match fitness whilst he has a few weeks off.

I think myself and a few others may have underrated this bloke. The more he plays the better he gets and he is pretty damn cool under pressure. Sensational left field draft pick

Was watching the X on my phone yesterday, Broad seemed to be moving well and like he hasn’t missed a beat, massive improver and a lock in the best 22 now. Very important member of the back half with his versatility.

Said it before but geez the hardness of our back half is underrated

Looked good
Shame about the suspension.

Was clearly our best player , played with a lot of confidence , attacked every contest and used the ball effectively. Looks to have that premiership confidence

Spot on. I didn’t trust this guy at all last year and was hoping he just wouldn’t make critical mistakes in finals. Proved me wrong. Clearly believes now and starting to add more to his game. I think
most of us would have thought he was a delist at start of last year. Hopefully he keeps the improvement curves going.
