Reported Now GWS want 2 firsts for Hopper and 2 for Taranto
Only way we can do that is if we trade one of our players for a first.
Suspect it might take both our first and second round picks with a swap of later picks to get it done
12 & 19 For TarantoI've been thinking it will be something like 12, 19, F1 and 30 for Taranto, Hopper, 39, 57 and 59.
Exactly. Maybe a young player to sweeten the deal. GWS playing fake tough guy.12 & 19 For Taranto

Risky in the extreme, I would only sell the farm for an established key position player, Hawthorn tried this strategy and failed miserably.Unless we trade players of enough quality to impact picks. It will take all of 12, 19, 30 and future first.
Be amazed if less than that.

That's entirely understandable given the lack of quality forwards available, Taranto & Hopper aren't even the best two mids at GWS.That sounds about right. None of those picks are near the really pointy end. It's a bit of a crapshoot after pick 10.
The Cats coughed up THREE first rounders for Cameron all late picks. Doubt they have any regrets.
No more riskier than an untried kid.Risky in the extreme, I would only sell the farm for an established key position player, Hawthorn tried this strategy and failed miserably.
