Welcome to the Tigers Jacob Hopper

Hopper kicks goals. Seems to find spots in the forward 50. That alone is worth something.

He hasn’t purred yet but I hope he hits that streak of form this year with some uninterrupted game time. I don’t expect a big game after weeks out.

I'd imagine seeing his best mate Taranto killing it in his first season with us would be playing on his mind, considering his own output so far.

Hopefully his injuries are behind him so he can show us what he's capable of.

I’ve certainly seen enough that he could be a real asset for us , just needs a sustained run at it , his fragility has always been my worry with him

He was fumbly on his first game back.
Seemed out of touch. No surprises.
Lets hope this week he picks up the pace of the game better

Spoke well after game to Ch7 in the changerooms. Praised the club for been well-organised and able to stand tall after Dimma left.

You don't seem to notice him around the park but he pops up and does some good things especially in the latter half of the game. Not sure he has shown he is worth the big bucks we have shelled out for him but there is still time

Had a really good second half; particularly last quarter. He's a really good player; reckon his biggest challenge is staying fit and on the park. Seems to get a lot of injuries. If he stays fit will be a good player for quite a few years yet for us.

Third game back for Jacob after his calf injury.
Thought he showed some great signs particularly late against Sydney.
He'll be set for a good game tomorrow & get it going our way.

Did all the hard things today, put his body on the line time after time.

Solid.
