I wasn't sure when we drafted him but I've been a fan since the first practice match.
Kid is quality

Gonna be an absolute beauty
What he has shown since his arrival at RFC has been nothing short of spectacular.

Bloody exciting to have an 18 year old key back prospect on our hands. Looks confident very himself at AFL level already in both marking and disposal.

Hope he plays for the rest of the year.

Beautiful disposer of the ball and hasn’t looked rushed in his two games.
Has tired late in his two games but that will improve with a combination of play and rotation out of the side occasionally.

Really enjoyed watching him live for the first time.

Can’t wait for the confidence to arrive at the level. Feel like he is just playing his role on his opponent.

Once he arrives the intercept marks will come as he drops off his opponent.

Also was really impressed with his ball use late in the game… 2 parts- accuracy and technique AND big long kick.

The long kick out of defense drawing Bolton into a lead was just one of those moments when watching a kid play…. And you just know you got a good one!

Levelled up again. It will be interesting to see how much better he's running games out in a month.

If he's not running them out it is very manageable to drop 5% TOG points off his game. But we're not doing that. We're stretching him. R1 73%, R2 88%. The coach pushed him out 15% TOG points in his second game.

We'e accelerating this kid and we can all see why.

Yeah a couple of very impressive 'short' passes. As said earlier we go back to Otto for a first year KPP round 1 debutant, and I reckon go back to him, and Richo, Dusty and Knights for amount of impressive moments in first 2 games.

Exceeding all expectations.
Can’t underestimate the significance of uncovering such a promising key position player, let alone one that looks to have star qualities. Without him and the short term benefit of securing Taz, we could have been really deficient in our defensive stocks moving forward. Something that has been our strength since 2017.
Now we set and forget and concentrate on midfielders. And another young key forward to develop in the twos

I never saw him on a wing, but as a full back Clay was magnificent. Plus, those booming torps when kicking out from a behind were something to behold.

If he is anywhere near as good as Clay we are blessed.
