What's Cotchin's agenda?
Finished playing 3 minutes ago and is just airing everything that should stay in house.
He couldve waited at least a year to pass.
I feel like we are starting our 1986 season with worse to come.

Doesn't matter now that Dimma's at the Huns. Won't affect us.

I'll be honest....I didn't even know there was a book on the way until I read it here.

Just going on some of the previous posts, it appears Cotch might be shining the light on a few less than comfortable moments within the club.

One thing I'm pretty confident of is that he won't be doing anything to damage our club.

As others have noted, he's got a book to sell, so obviously the most salacious bits will be pushed for that objective.

On anything he's written regarding Dimma, I suppose it's a matter of who you trust to tell the truth. Right at this moment in time it's a fairly easy decision for me!

hang on a sec

am i the only one who doesn't have a problem with what he said?

ranting at the players like that ain't that bad surely
It’s not really that controversial but I guess it does give some insight into Dimma’s thought process just before quitting given Cotch has said it was different. What’s not been said by Cotch is that Dimma probably did a fair bit of self reflecting of his own coaching before pulling the pin & has said as much.

Geesh, i read the extract and i think we're making a mountain out of a mole hill. So what, Dimma was grumpy after our loss to the Bombers. As much as i love the Tigers, i'd guess Dimma was more invested than me, and i can say i was sure as hell p!ssed with that game.

How many games had we coughed up in exactly that manner leading up to that game, including the Brisbane final. If i was Dimma, the after game team meeting would have looked like a scene out of the Call of Duty game, with the only question as to which weapon to select. Hmm 1) Kastov -545 Assault Rifle 2) Remington MSR Sniper Rifle 3) Glock 18c pistol 4) RPG-7 Rocket Launcher
............. "RPG, now we're talking! Bend over boys!"

Hemingway, he is not.
To be fair Hemingway was skilled, highly combative and a keen shot on target.
Wasnt a good enough leader to take a team to the grand final though, so I'd say the advantage is Trent's.
Plus he has hair that wil be revered for generations, so Hemingway can stick it

Not sure what's going on now. Either Chimp is starting a cold war with Dimma or Dimma has succumbed and allowed Chimp to let it all out himself as a 3rd person and get it over and done with early via the media. Really bizarre!!

Cotch's Tell All

I won't buy it.
Coming across like a B-Grade movie
I have no plans to buy it, (or Jack's), but fear I'll score them as a Christmas gift.

Fortuitous timing they both come out in October/November, or am I cynical?
