Training For 2023

Where does Sonsie fit into this and why have we heard absolutely nothing about him from the club? Personally had him right up there to play round 1 but his chances are probably dwindling as he spends week after week in rehab with no update on why
Not in the midfield therefore won't be an automatic selection anyway.
If things go to *smile* this year.
I would have him in the centre all the time.
You can't play him as a half forward or half back you will destroy him.
My Centre would be
Nakas Cotchin Hopper Prestia

David king asked around when he was at the club Monday and was told Sonsie would play midfield not half forward in 23

Absolute star of Match sim Marlion playing full time mid.
Followed by Juddy who kicked at a minimum 3 goals.
Soldo and Nank sat out 2nd half to let Samson and Miller to battle it out in the ruck. Miller held his own and did a couple of good things around the ground.
Tylar Young manned Dusty.
Baker on Shai was a good battle.
Narkle did show some sparkle and a bit of class today.
Hugo and Ross on wing with the edge going to Ross.
Kamdyn goaled after the siren to win the match and gave it to the yellow team, all in good fun.
Think we escaped session without adding to our long injury list.

That's it, it was pretty scrappy in perfect conditions.

Nothing much is different except the form of Marlion & Juddy Clarke

Baker on Shai would have been entertaining.

Taranto replaces Cotch and is what is happening in Match Sim, Cotch is getting stints though.

Pickett in the middle could be a sign of 'about bloody time!!'.

Maybe the players in rehab are just niggling injuries and we're just being a bit paranoid in not testing them out too much?

Hey Julius, what do you see and make of Kaleb Smith now that he's injured? Is he looking positive-minded getting on with the players or negative-minded and too reserved?

Judson Clarke is going to be a serious player.

That's an unusual question and seems to be leading somewhere?

Not much you can do in a moon boot except some handball drills and i have no insight to his demeanour.

As we haven't seen/heard much of him after his injury, just wondered how the kid feels around the group as he was looking super excited before this happened (from that house video when selected and in some training pics the club uploaded) and now he's copped this huge setback. You wouldn't expect a 1st year kid to cop an injury like this.

Yes Hopper participated for the duration and was a work horse.
Awesome, did any of the rehab guys do anything to indicate they'll be back soon or look like they could play Norf in a couple of weeks time? As anyone building up to a return to the main group?
