Interesting to hear Scott on SEN just before... he thanked Alan Richardson for his work with the devleopment program he started at Collingwood.

Would not count Richo out yet...

Just on Richo, from what I have heard he didnt want to leave the Tigers, Wallace wanted him out when he first started.

Probably same reason why Andy Collins left.

Did a lot of work with coburg and was very impressive. All the work he did at collingwood with setting up their development academy was somehting he was starting at richmond but he never go the opportunity due to wallace. Thats what i heard anyway.

To be honest I don't hold much hope for the new coach unless we get a solid support system around him. I'm talking total clean out on top of just the players. Get rid of all the assistants, new strength and conditioning coaches, new medicos, new skills development coaches. Without elite support in all those areas and then some he still has no hope. So many problems down at Punt Road and they all need to be fixed before we can move forward. Our players have no muscle on them, they aren't fit, they can't kick or handball, they can't make decisions, they don't instinctively run 2 ways, chase, tackle, block, shepherd, etc. This is a big, big job and I do not envy the new coach and his chances.

Gotta laugh at the masochists on this board who are enjoying the pain and public flaggelation. Must be a few same sex public school boarding conservative politicians amongst our brethren.
Oi! Leave me out of this Lambchop. I'll do my flaggelating in private thank you very much.

Tiger Coaching Dilemma.

It needs to be Hardwick. My Essendon buddy says he is tough, ruthless, uncompromising and can make decisions that are unpopular and hold his nerve.
My fear is that our interfering middle management will not give that sort of power to one who, in the future, will not listen.
Miller becomes March etc etc.

Therein lies the dilemma.

Pretty sure Craig Cameron is aware of what has to be done he seems very switched & all I have been hearing is the club is going to put a lot more into player development coaches etc to support the new coach this is what they couldn't do with Wallace as all the money was going to Terry.

We all some to want someone who will be ruthless etc, Does anyone know what Hinkley's strengths are ?
