Re: What happens if the Roos and Tigers both pick Hardwick?

If Richmond and the Roos both pick Damien Hardwick he will only coach home games for each side. :rofl

If he goes to the Roos just for the money so be it.

Agree. But he doesn't strike me as that sort of bloke. He is obviously a guy looking for a career in coaching, and I think he would make a decision based on what is best for his career, within reason.

Re: What happens if the Roos and Tigers both pick Hardwick?

non-issue, if he picks Kangas, we pick someone else.

personally I'm not expecting him to end up as our coach, and reckon the Kangas will throw the kitchen sink at him. Besides Longmire, he is the only prospect with a profile, and Kangas are desperate for a media attractive coach.

is this sounding familiar? we should trade them Terry :hihi

Actually Terry Wallace would be a good fit for the Roos.

Of course we are, the roo's might go broke anytime in the future.

I thought they're already broke. In debt and reliant on afl financial handouts.

It's like when you've got an ugly girl interested in you but there's a hot chick that you like. You always keep the ugly chick open in case you cant get the business done with the hot chick.

Geez Paul Roos knows how to coach a side. Lets shortlist him whether he wants to come or not.

Lets hope Freo, North and Weagles keep winning so we place 15th.

Rawlings is not the answer and we desperately need quality picks in this draft.

Today was a return to the Frawley/Wallace days............in fact I don't think we have put those days behind us yet, it will probably take a few more years.

Never had that dilemma personally. It was more a case of keep the really ugly chick interested in case I couldn't get the business done with the ugly one.

I don't think Rawlings should get the job (though I hope he stays on as an assistant), but I do hesitate to lay the blame for this performance at his feet. The team is simply reverting to type, it will take seasons to undo the damage Frawley and Wallace have wrought over the course of the past decade.

Rawlings is a link to the past disaster with the Wallace regime. We need a no-nonsense hard nut who can assemble his own coaching panel. I don't care how much Rawlings loves the players or the club, there is no position for him IMO.

I take it you believe every single player should also be delisted, given their link to Wallace.
