The March to the finals- 2015.

Our next two opponents are Collingwood and Essendon
Over the last 8 rounds they've 1 game each.

Collingwood beat carlton (dead last) by 18 points
Essendon beat Melbourne (14th) by 9 points.
The bombers have lost their last 5.

So if we do the job against collingwood and Essendon, we don't have any mental pressure when we play North in r23.

Must win both of these games. Yes I'm Captain Obvious here - but we must. Then would be nice to smash North too :)

Yep

And If North lose its next two (freo in Melb; & western Bulldogs)
Then they'll be stranded on 9th with 12 wins.

They will need to beat us to overtake the loser of geelong v adelaide (7th & 8th and both on 50 points).
If I've predicted all the wins correctly.

We get to knock them out on the last Friday night of the home and away season!!

You guys need to lift your expectations.

GWS win, Tiges win by 10 goals , West Coast win by 10 goals and we are fourth NEXT WEEK!!

Ok so GWS beat Real Sydney next week?
I'll believe it when it happens

Its less than 50/50 but Sydney are only just travelling and have lost a couple.

Buddy is sore and so is Tippet.

At Spotless and it is a derby.

Fingers crossed.

Be great if West Coast wallop Dogs but lets say they win by 20 - 30 points. Bulldogs play North while we play bombers. If WB lose we overtake them. If they just win and we wallop bombers we might overtake them as well.

Mind you we wouldn't be having this discussion if we'd beaten Melbourne and Freo.

The one scenario I would wish we avoid is loser of Westcoast hawks week 2. All other finishing postions, other finalists and outcomes happy to take our cahnces. Even with a possible loss for Freo to North cant see them beeing dislodged from top spot.

Bulldogs have 8 wins from their last nine and narrowly lost to geelong at skilled.
They haven't lost by 10 goals since they copped hawthorn months ago.

I can't believe they are still going. They remind me of the European Duchy of Grand Fenwick. I keep expecting Peter Sellars to pop out a subway station any minute.

funnily enough in their last 8 they have played one team in the 8. the cats.
they might be a good team, but they have had a dream draw this year.

I'd love us to take on Freo in Perth week 1 and then we can play Hawks in the prelim. Western derby the other prelim.

Well a reality check is in order! ;D

I have a headache too many scenarios, now I know why player take it one week at a time.
Let's just beat Collingwood first.

Does anyone give North any chance against FREO (in Melb) and versus the Western Bulldogs?

At their best nth could get over both. But I hope they peaked last year. On current form they lose those two!

Then FFS, I hope we roll em, and leave em 9th.

This is true. I'd only just noticed that.
It's mashmallow soft that draw.

But even so, thry've kept getting the job done
