The former political staffer is alleged to have raped a woman weeks after he first appeared in court on unrelated charges he raped Brittany Higgins.

The way this reads is that consensual sex turns into non consensual sex as he removed the condom and that the woman raised the claim after she saw him in the news.
We are going to get the me 2 view and the attention seeking lady view.
As a single man who has used some apps you kind of wonder how you would ever prove consent - but also if you are just a decent person why someone would take the effort to frame you.
