The way this reads is that consensual sex turns into non consensual sex as he removed the condom and that the woman raised the claim after she saw him in the news.
We are going to get the me 2 view and the attention seeking lady view.
As a single man who has used some apps you kind of wonder how you would ever prove consent - but also if you are just a decent person why someone would take the effort to frame you.

This guy is human excrement. And I am shocked to think that so many people put the blame on Brittany Higgins and had to gall to criticise her for being drunk. All of the Lehrmann defenders have egg on their collectivise faces today. Linda Reynolds is also a piece of 5hit who should be ashamed of herself.
Lets not forget channel 7 who put this guy on their TV station at least 3 times with the knowledge they knew about the other charges. And they are almost certainly paying for his defence.
Im all for judicial process and the expectation of a fair trial, but as they say where there is smoke there is usually fire and, in this case, where there are multiple accusations it is likely this piece of hairy fritz is a repeat offender.
I'd still like to know who Lehrmann is and who is backing him. Hired as a Senior Advisor at age 23. LNP go out of their way to protect him at first, then land him an outside job. Someone is financially backing him a lot for his constant trials.

Also, think a former Liberal politician from WA, once touted as a future PM, who IMO was one of the greatest POS ever elected to parliament and who "tearfully" fronted the media protesting his innocence on similar allegations!
