Sydney Stack

I dont know anything about Stack other than what has been reported, and I am not excusing his choice to break the Covid rules all players know, but I think some forget where he came from.
He has had a *smile* up bringing, few positive role models, and had to work a lot out for himself. that is hard.

most of what young adults know they learn from someone wiser than themselves, and it usually takes a while to learn those lessons.
from all reports Stack has only been given the chance to learn over the past 18 months,18 months to unlearn a life time of bad habits. He will make mistakes.
maybe he is, and always will be, an arrogant prick who will never learn, but maybe he is just an immature kid who will take a bit longer.

it is up to the club i guess what they are willing to put up with.

Well, one thing for sure, the decision won't come from here or be influenced by the opinions expressed here.

No doubt a journo will pick up on some of the stuff being said on here about Stack from those apparently in the know and write about it soon enough. If you're a Richmond fan I'm not sure why you would want to feed the media negative information about one of our players when they are already at their lowest ebb - especially if you are an employee at the club?

Yeah pretty sure the 2 dudes breaking hubs to go to the strippers and get in street fights are the guys we should be blaming as opposed to people here just discussing it.

Like Ridley I'd be stunned that we couldn't field a VFL side. I'm still shocked that we aren't fielding a VFLW team. We should be in the best position financially of any Victorian club.

Im absolutely appalled by those wanting this mishap to be career ending.

They had a drink, ate some late night meat, and protected themselves after being attacked. They may have seen some boobs, all concentual.

Some of you are going on as if he raped a stripper and beat to death a stranger with a kebab.

The massive fine is more than enough.
Put the entire competition at risk.

I would be too - but if true, then clearly the situation for ALL AFL teams is bloody dire. Perhaps the truth of how bad the situation is has not been fully told yet. I certainly didn't expect most of the fallout thats happen cos a dude in china ate a bloody bat

It’s really easy forums
If you don’t like the posts don’t believe them
It’s that simple !
I won’t post anymore
Doesn’t phase me
I really don’t care what you think and what others think
I can always make up a few stories if that’s like , and not the truth !
Dammed if you , dammed if you dont
Good bye

Its bemusing really. If I purported to speak on behalf of my employer by making statements like "no one likes this person" or "everyone thinks this" about another employee in a public forum I'd be at the very least getting a stern talking to.

I cant imagine the club being overly impressed about statements like these being made in public by an employee (or a confidante of one) about a fellow employee - especially when it seems like a personal vendetta.

"Hollywood Showgirls on Orchid Ave in Surfers Paradise wasn’t dishing any details about what went down."

“To our valued customers. What happens in Hollywood stays in Hollywood,” the venue’s licensee Craig Duffy wrote on its Instagram page.

“We value our customers privacy whether they be an unknown client or a high profile celebrity or athlete.

“We cannot confirm or deny any fight or eviction occurred.”

Anyone confident of Stack being with us next year, here is some food for thought:

Tiger's playing future clouded: manager Paul Peos

Saturday 5 September 2020 2:47pm
Suspended Tiger Sydney Stack's manager Paul Peos says his client has left Queensland and is with family, but "there will be a number of conversations had" with his playing future clouded after his breach. Peos spoke to Clint Wheeldon on WA Sports Talk and addressed whether he can pay the fine as suggested by Richmond, how he is doing mentally and where to from here. Peos says the long-term plan is to get Stack back to Western Australia with more support.

You might find they were evicted as you cannot use your mobile phone in a strip club for obvious reasons . .

Can't make him pay the fine. Unless it's stipulated in his contract which I doubt. Benny just said that to appease the outraged members. I'm happy for my membership money to go to the fine.

Not sure that time with his family is what he needs if he's thinking of maintaining a career in the AFL.
