Has an injury, but given how important he is, we don't want anyone to know what it is.

Probably a virus. So bad that Dimma must've spent 24 hours in his office dissecting whether Golden Boy Morris should play or not....then again, he is in the EMGs.

Will only believe that has been omitted when he runs out in the VFL. If he does play VFL be interesting to see where on the field he plays

He was no worse last week than he was the previous ten. So why not drop him earlier?

The selection policy continues to baffle.

If it takes 10 weeks to be dropped for poor performance then we have a couple of other regulars whose spots are in jeopardy soon. Selection policy is indeed baffling

The shoulder came out from my PoV. It was right in front of me. He looked rougher than usual for a while after, doting on it as he does from time to time. But seemed to regain his confidence.

You may well be right Jack.

Hard to believe he's been dropped otherwise. Played his best game of the year by a long way against Freo a fortnight ago.
Dimma is too stubborn to be ditching this experiment now.
I doubt Steve will line up for the VFL.

Vfl plays the day after

I had to reread the team sheet a couple of times before I could take in that Dimma and Co had finally realised Morris is a dud in any position. One good game in ten doesn't cut it. My only worry is he is listed as an emergency so there is time for his comeback after being dropped for 24 hours

Thought Gordon was just, but still had more impact then any of Morris's games this year

Let's be honest... they're all the same... Lambert, Morris, Gordon, Lloyd.... they all bring slightly different things but they are all below average forwards at this time. Maybe one of them or someone else on the list will improve enough to actually make an impact but at this time we can't really on any of them which is why I would rather play an extra inside midfielder and see Cotch and Dusty rotating down there more often.

Agree...not that Mcdoungh isnt any star but his form should have warranted a chance in the forward half, he at least knows where the goals are, I don't hold great hope for Lennon, Butler may just be the answer next year

Reckon Lambert has more attacking skills, needs a run of games to settle in. Gordon was okay, got better the longer the game went.

Gordon might have been BOG if the game went for three days.

Played all day up forward in the VFL and he didn't look any better than he does at AFL level. He's in nowhere land right now.
...but will come back in if Gordon is suspended.
