Steve Morris F/S

Did more than the unnoticeable pressure acts actually contributed in play
Definitely not to be dropped for next week :p

What tonight showed is the scoreboard impact the team can make if a forward pocket can contribute offensively.
Decent game by Steve but could you imagine the scoreboard if you removed Walters from Freo and put him in our forward pocket.
Freo would lose 2-3 goals and in a game like that Walters would put through 6 in a Tiger's jumper.
And people may appreciate Morris more when the pressure goes off him being the #1 offensive small forward.

Best game this season. Shame the bye has come, he was gathering momentum.

Magnificent first half. Was instrumental in 3 or 4 goals. 2nd half went missing but wouldn't complain if he produced tonight's output every week.

Good game by Pinball. Just hope he doesn't develop MS when he gets older. Throwing and twisting his body too hard at times.

Crap he went missing. How are those goggles prescriptions going people? As you get older your eyes can deteriorate. 8-

Well done. I'll call it straight down the like always. First good game all year, pressure was very good. Offensively more involved. Hurt us a few times though when he refused to turn around and take a snap shot on goal when he had metres of space though.

What's the chances he goes back to total *smile* in the first game after the bye? More than likely.

There was two chances for him to take the shot which he didn't
He should be given the week of on PRE

Interesting. He was being played out of the goal square with the three talks in a triangle out at 40-50m. Good coaching, took the sag back Freo talls out of the drop zone inside 50.

2 disposals 2nd half. Zero tackles all game. As I said first half he was excellent and I wouldn't complain if his output matched tonight's more often. But he did go missing 2nd half. Yes a few pressure acts were good and he caused some rushed opposition disposals in the 2nd half but I will nott support any player regularly getting 1 and 2 disposals in a half. His output as a whole game is improving, there's no arguments there. Keeps his spot now but needs to keep improving.

That was absolutely his best game ever. If he does that every week, he becomes a legitimate lock for the 22.
